We had a back porch to our heritage home that was seeing very little use and wanted to enclose it for more space for our growing family. Eli from Tiem Builders (and really the entire Tiem team) at Four Seasons Sunrooms did a spectacular job. They showed us all the options available and let us choose the one that best suited our needs. This space is now one of our most functional spaces in our home, as we use it as the main entrance to the house and it corrals the family's mess nicely while still blending well into the heritage style of the house. We ran into major hiccups with the permitting process and Eli and the entire team at Tiem went above and beyond to help our family navigate an otherwise overwhelming and stressful process. The time and care they put into making sure we were taken care of is rare to see in this industry and we are eternally grateful for the amazing care and service they provided. We are so happy with our sunroom and so happy we found this family run business. You truly can do no better than Tiem Builders, they really care for their customers and their work is top notch!

We were referred to Four Seasons Sunrooms and Tiem Builders Ltd. when we were looking for a way to enclose our covered patio. Living on the Sunshine Coast, we get our fair share of wind and rain, which often made the space unusable. From the moment Eli came to our home, he listened carefully to our concerns and came up with a simple, seamless solution that completely exceeded our expectations. Gord later came to take precise measurements and customized to my requests. The quality of the work is exceptional. The team was professional and courteous, they worked so hard! The glass panels are fully retractable, which gives us the best of both worlds—we can open everything up in the summer to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine, and then close it off during rainstorms and wind in the winter. No matter the season, we now have a beautiful, functional space we can enjoy all year long. We recently experienced a major windstorm of 100km winds, and our enclosed patio wasn’t affected in the slightest. The workmanship is clearly top-notch! On top of that, we get so many compliments from friends and family who can’t believe the transformation. It’s become one of our favourite places to relax and entertain. A huge thank you to Eli and the entire team at Tiem Builders Ltd. for making the process smooth, professional, and enjoyable. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend them!

We hired four seasons sunrooms, to consult and find a solution in enclosing our outdoor patio opening. With the use of multi slide panel doors, this kept the space still usable for the summer outdoor patio feel but now the space is usable all year round. From start to finish the job was done perfectly. Bruce Shaver was their front man and saw the whole thing through to completion. He was truly great to work with and excellent professionalism. Gord and his team did a great job with installation as we wanted a sleek look with the rock columns they had to utilize with the installation. We would hire them again in the future if we wanted to do more to our outdoor space. We love our new space and feel it has added great value to our home. We highly recommend Four Seasons Sunrooms.

We just recently purchased a home and the backyard was nice but very wet and boggy. After consulting with James at Four Seasons we decided to pull the plug and install a deck. I found them to be very professional and communicated clearly with the process, they showed up when they said they would and finished on time. They even helped us place the hot tub prior to the deck install to ensure the correct location. It has been 6 months approximately since the install and have had no issues at all. I am very happy with the end product, it has completely transformed our yard and we will be using them again for the next phase of our plans.
